阀门材质标准之非铁基金属的介绍
概述:在本章所涉及的非铁基金属,和其工况与不锈钢阀门硬变同时符合规定的要求,可被买用于含硫酸性环境(定义见1.3.)同见表14.1.1镍铜合金4.1.1.1UNSN04400和UNSN04405的硬度*高为35HRC。4.1.1.2UNSN05500在下述三种工况之-时,其硬度*高为35HRC可被采用:(I)热作和时效硬化;(2)扩散退火;(3)扩散退火和时效硬化。4.1.2镍铁铬合金
4.1.2.1UNSN08800的硬度*高为35HRC。4.1.3镍铁俗合佥4.1.3.1UNSN08825、UNSN06007和UNSN06985的硬度*高为35HRC。4.1.3.2UNSN09925在下述五种工况之一时可被采用:(1)冷作,硬度*高为35HRC;(2)扩散退火,硬度*高为35HRC;(3)扩散退火和时效,硬度*高为38HRC,4)拎作和时效,不锈钢阀门硬度*高为40HRC;(5)热精整和时效,硬度*高为40HRC。4.1.3.3UNSN08024的硬度*高为32HRC。4.1.3.4UNSN08028在扩散退火和冷作后,硬度*高为33HRC。4.1.4镍路合金4.1.4.1UNSN06600的硬度*高为35HRC。4.1.4.2UNSN07750在下述四种工况之一并硬度*高为35HRC的情况下,可被梁用:(1)扩散退火和时效,(2)扩散退火;(3)热作;(4)热作和时效。4.1.5镍铬钼合佥4.1.5.1UNSNCEC(2和UNSN06625的硬度*高为35HRC。4.1.5.2UNSN10002和UNSN10276的硬度*高为35HRC(除了在4.1.5.2.1中注明的)。
